Azure AD / Entra ID is the identity backbone of Microsoft 365 — attack it and you reach email, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure subscriptions. This walks the attack chain: token theft via phishing, illicit consent grants, privilege escalation through RBAC and PIM abuse, Pass-the-PRT for hybrid environments, and AzureHound for BloodHound-style path enumeration. Detection via Entra sign-in logs throughout.
